LPN Case Manager
Salary Pay: $27.00 - $35.54 / hour Overview Elderwood is in growth mode and currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN Case Manager to join our team! In this role, you will assist the Director of Nursing with on call coverage and work every other weekend. Ideal candidate will have experience with Assisted Living regulations along with prior supervisory experience. One weekend per month will be scheduled as a supervisor on variable shift. Supervise/Administer and/or assist with medications to assigned residents; monitor monthly residents participating in self-medication program. Base wages increase with experience! Qualifications
