Position Highlights |
The College of Veterinary Medicine, with the University of Arizona, seeks an Administrative Support Professional l. The Administrative Support Professional l will support the Director of Operations in supporting the facilities and operations of the college, the informational technology department, the Dean's office, staff the main building front desk and help execute the day-today operations of the college across multiple CVM locations. This person will also create and maintain SOP's around emergency preparedness and AV/ I.T. functions of the college. This person will be the main support person to prepare reports for administration in the college's LMS & UAcess. This person will act as the back-up to help support classes in the classrooms. This is an in-person position, M-F 8am-4:30pm, staffing a high traffic front desk.

Duties & Responsibilities |
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Shared direct support to the Director of Operations and Dean's Office. This includes calendaring, communicating to internal and external stakeholders around facilities, operations, I.T. and events.
- Staffs a high traffic front desk, answering all incoming calls to the college.
- Works closely with the college's business office and provides support for day-to-day operations, such as Pcard reconciliations, travel, reimbursements and procurement.
- Manages IT and facilities inventories.
- Coordinates and assists with college events.
- Creates SOP's and trainings for the college around emergency preparedness, all IT.
- Coordinates and manages building access and runs reports monthly for senior leadership as needed.
- Works with the Director of Operations to manage and schedule all meetings for building renovations and new builds.
- Manages calendars, agendas, meeting minutes, and action items for the college's Space Planning, Safety Security Meetings, where the Director of Operations is the Chair.
- Acts as the back up to assist with technology and execute classes in the classrooms.
- Coordinates all new hires and employees leaving the organization. This includes adding and removing to list servs, room calendars, coordinating IT equipment, coordinating office space, updating the college's directory and managing the space floor plans.
- Liases with Central FM and shops to schedule work for the College of Veterinary Medicine's facilities.
- Oversees to make sure work is complete and communicates with internal stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience required.
- 1 year of relevant work experience may be required.
