About the Position The Maricopa County Recorder's Office is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead its Systems Administration and Help Desk teams. This role is responsible for managing daily IT operations, ensuring prompt resolution of service requests, and maintaining secure and stable systems across the department. In addition to overseeing infrastructure and end-user support, the Infrastructure Manager will work closely with the .NET development team to ensure seamless integration between infrastructure and application development efforts. A key responsibility will be to prepare and maintain the network and server infrastructure to support the successful rollout of new applications and system upgrades. With a focus on performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction, this role blends technical leadership with hands-on support, shaping the department's technical environment and contributing to its overall success. About Us The Maricopa County Recorder's Office (MCRO) is responsible for maintaining the Maricopa County voter registration records and for administering over elections in partnership with the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. We Require
Four years of related experience Two years of experience as lead/supervisor Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis

Working Conditions
Work is performed in an office and data center environment May be subject to repetitive motion such as typing and data entry May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds Frequent computer use involving the need to see details at close range Must be able to work after hours, weekends, and holidays and be on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Travel to and from job-related locations during a scheduled workday, subject to County policies regarding the use of County vehicles or private vehicles used on County business, is required On-call rotational support is required, and the department has periods of essential work during high-demand events such as elections
