Summary: The Manager, Contract Data Analytics & Operations is responsible for leading the development and execution of data-driven strategies that support Pacira's commercial contracting operations. The Manager, Contract Data Analytics & Operations is responsible for supporting data management and analytics across the Commercial function, including, but not limited to, managing the operational data model for Commercial contracting, providing analytics and technical support for effective contract performance management, reporting and measurement of pull through, as well as implementing processes to efficiently manage the different data assets necessary to operationalize a best-in-class Commercial contracting program. This role plays a critical role between Commercial Data Management & Analytics, Trade Operations, Finance, and Strategic Accounts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in contract analytics, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy and transparency of contract-related data, supporting chargeback reconciliation, and delivering actionable insights to optimize contract performance. Ability to synthesize complex data and drive operational excellence will be key to supporting strategic decisions across Commercial, Finance, and Trade Operations. Interaction: This role collaborates extensively across Commercial Analytics, Strategic Accounts, Finance, Trade Operations, and Commercial Operations to ensure alignment on data strategy, contract performance insights, and operational workflows. The Manager serves as a key liaison, facilitating cross-functional communication and driving data transparency and integrity across internal teams and external partners. Pay Transparency The base pay range for this role is $113,000 per year to $155,000 per year. The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications.
