Data Information Management Officer

The Opportunity:

We're seeking an office management professional who can apply foundational skills and technical expertise to support the Information Management Service Office's (IMSO) Records Information Management Program. You will perform work as a Data Information Management Officer (DIMO) providing Records and Information Management (RIM) support to ensure that the client is fully compliant with federal laws, regulations, directives, and IC standards as it relates the safeguarding the security and integrity of all records.

As a DIMO on our team, you'll oversee the organization's records from their creation and preservation through to disposal. You'll ensure all client records are created, maintained, and dispositioned digitally, driving paper out of all processes. You'll implement the records classification, retention, and disposal processes. You will identify, draft, and implement best practices and requirements.

You Have:

• 1+ years of experience with records management

• Experience in a Microsoft Windows environment

• Experience using Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of General Record Schedule (GRS)

• Knowledge of Bucket Records Control Schedule (BRCS)

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with SharePoint Administrator

• Experience in records archiving and digitization of file plans

• Experience in electronic document management

• Knowledge of the types of records

• Knowledge of the five core phases that make up the records lifecycle

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Science, Data Management, CS, Data Information Warehousing, or Mining

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
