The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is possibly looking for a Responsible AI Senior Systems Engineer to provide support for our government customer in National Capital Region, Washington, D.C.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist client with the implementation of the Department' responsible artificial intelligence program and the development of associated tools and products.
  • Collaborate with Product Development Teams on the development of a strategy that incorporates ethical principles across the entire artificial intelligence product development lifecycle.
  • Develop standard methodologies for responsible artificial intelligence product development.
  • Apply deep technical expertise in data science and artificial intelligence methodologies to build ethical AI capabilities and design models; deploy model testing and validation practices that eliminate potential biases and ensure robustness against adversarial attacks.
  • Apply deep technical expertise to integrate RAI tools into DoD infrastructure and ensure interoperability.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Must have Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science or related field. Master's Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science or related field (preferred).

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have Minimum 5 years of expertise in the development of machine learning and AI infrastructure.
  • Minimum 2 years' Experience working on priority DoD data analytics and AI platforms, such as JCF or ADVANA.
  • Minimum of 2 years Expertise with Responsible AI Software Tools.

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

  • Must be U.S. Citizen
  • Must have an Active Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility
