Elevate is looking for a Shade Room Coordinator to join our work family at Burlington Finishing Plant (formally known as Burlington Industries). Must be willing to work in a non-climate controlled environment and work overtime as needed, Drug testing and background checks are required upon offer of employment.

Review all government submits and determines if shade correction is needed. Monitor and control shade

match to standard. Guide and direct employees in their duties to establish and maintain color standards for

plant and customer.

• Follow verbal and written instructions
• Stand, walk, lift, bed, stoop, and reach while handling material or products
• Work cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with all team members, vendors, and visitors
• Perform job duties in variable temperatures based on weather conditions (including hot weather)
• Ensure good housekeeping of all areas and company premises
• Successfully complete drug and background screenings

• Must process competent reading/writing skills to read operating procedures, production records, and machine data sheets
• Able to walk/stand for duration of shift
• High School Graduate or equivalent
• 2-3 years experience in Quality Assurance and shade control
