*We're Hiring: Remote Patient Services Representatives*
Step into a high-impact, patient-centered role assisting individuals diagnosed with MS. This short-term opportunity allows you to work remotely while helping patients access essential financial assistance for their medications. *Position Overview* * *Title:* Patient Services Representative * *Location:* Nationwide, Fully Remote (U.S. based only) * *Pay Rate:* $21/hr * *Type:* Short-Term Contract * *Start Date:* Immediate openings available *Your Role* * Manage inbound and follow-up outbound calls * Use a scripted tool to guide patients through financial assistance programs * Review co-pay and deductible information * Help identify eligible discount or coupon options * Transfer calls to third-party pharmacies (e.g., Walgreens) * Engage with empathy and professionalism * No benefits verification required *Training Schedule* * Onboarding: 2-2.5 days (based on time zone: EST or PST) * Program Training: Approximately 6 weeks * Full attendance required - no PTO permitted during training * Post-training shifts: Scheduled between 8:30 AM-8:00 PM EST * MT/PST candidates will receive later shifts as needed *Qualifications* Required * 2+ years healthcare customer service experience * 1+ year in a call center environment * Prior remote work experience * Strong written and verbal communication * Tech-proficient, detail-oriented, and self-directed * Naturally empathetic and patient-centric Preferred * Major medical support * Buy-and-bill processes * Insurance benefits or acquisition channel familiarity *Remote Work & Security Expectations* * Use only company-issued equipment (no personal device usage) * Hardwired internet connection required (Wi-Fi not permitted) * Confidentiality and security protocols must be strictly followed * Active camera participation required during training * Work from a secure, distraction-free environment *Why Join Us?* * Make a meaningful impact from the comfort of your home * Join a collaborative, inclusive team culture * Be recognized and supported by leadership * Contribute to a program helping vulnerable patients during a high-demand season *Reason for Hiring* Increased inbound support needs due to seasonal insurance re-verification *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
