In the Financial Analyst - Finance Analytics & Strategy Team (FAST) position, you'll enable scalable, high-quality financial analysis that powers smarter decision-making across the business. You'll work across Solutions (P&Ls) and corporate functions, equipping teams with automation, reporting, and insights while helping modernize Finance through innovation, AI integration, and continuous improvement.

  • Deep technical expertise in financial modeling and forecasting, especially in margin, pricing, and variance analysis.

  • Excellent ability to automate and scale financial processes using SQL, Python, or GPT tools.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and forecast templates that support business decisions across Solutions and Verticals.

  • Partner with Finance Business Partners to support recurring deliverables such as month-end close packages, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Use Power BI, SQL, and AI-enabled tools to automate routine tasks and enhance forecasting and commentary.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on trends in cost, margin, and customer behavior, delivering quick-turn insights that drive action.

  • Support the adoption of standardized models, KPI definitions, and shared data sources across the organization.

  • Contribute to scaling a centralized finance analytics model by evolving tooling, structure, and best practices across teams.

  • Experiment with and pilot GPT-powered tools to summarize data, improve workflows, and generate insights.

  • Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and advocating for technology-forward solutions.

  • Learn and apply modern enterprise platforms and AI-powered tools to support forecasting, analysis, and reporting. Help the team shift from legacy processes to new tools by using technology effectively to improve accuracy, efficiency, and insight

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Science, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business finance

  • Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency

  • Familiarity with forecasting, variance analysis, and P&L support

  • Experience with SQL or Python is a plus

  • Exposure to AI tools, GPT-based forecasting or commentary platforms, and dashboard development is preferred

Additional Items of Interest:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders

  • Experience working in centralized analytics or finance enablement teams

  • Passion for AI, automation, and digital finance transformation
