Moog's Corporate Groupis looking for ahighly skilled and experienced Senior Collaboration Engineer to join the Infrastructure & Platform Engineering Team!

In this role, you will coordinate, design, implement and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment.

You will work a hybrid schedule at our Corporate Headquarters in East Aurora, NY.

To qualify for the Senior Collaboration Engineer, here is what we would expect you to bring to Moog...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.

  • Over eight (8) years of professional IT experience in a similar role, inclusive of over (5) years of experience managing collaboration and messaging systems with a focus on Microsoft 365.

  • Expertise in configuration, deployment, governance, and overall management of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Teams Voice, Exchange, SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premises (Subscription Edition), OneDrive, and other related tools.

  • Expertise in configuration, deployment, governance, and overall management of Power Platform tools, such as Power Automate, and Power Apps.

  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Entra.

  • A demonstrated understanding of collaboration best practices, communication strategies, and change management principles.

  • Knowledge of security and compliance best practices related to collaboration and messaging systems.

  • Must be a US Citizen.

  • Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work on-site; relocation assistance is not available for this opportunity.

It would also be beneficial if you had...

  • Experience with Sharegate & SharePoint Online migration tools.

  • Proficiency in writing and executing PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and manage SharePoint Environments.

  • Understanding of non-Microsoft conferencing and file storage solutions sets, such as Zoom for Government and Box.

  • Experience with SharePoint SPFX and PowerFX language.

As the Senior Collaboration Engineer, you will...

  • Coordinate the delivery of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Teams Voice, Exchange, Project, as well as on-prem SharePoint (Subscription Edition) server, in a hybrid environment.

  • Lead complex Microsoft 365 projects, such as integration via acquisitions and divestitures.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement collaboration and messaging strategies, ensuring that they align with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Provides Level III support for Microsoft 365 Services including guidance and training, to support organization for collaboration.

  • Ensure that collaboration and messaging systems are secure, compliant, and meet company standards and policies.

  • Develop and maintain documentation and guides for all responsible platform solutions, and related processes.

  • Engage with the business, internal IT teams, and third parties, including Microsoft, to solve for complex collaboration problems.

  • Stay up-to-date on new features and capabilities, recommending improvements for new features to enhance collaboration and messaging capabilities.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $105,000.00-$125,000.00 Annually

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
