Cloud Reliability Analyst

As a Cloud Reliability Analyst at Epicor, you will play a vital role in our cloud operations team, responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure. You'll work across departments to triage technical issues, manage production environments, and support automation efforts.
What you will be doing:
  • Act as a key escalation point for technical issues across multiple departments, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
  • Monitor system alerts and proactively address reliability concerns using ServiceNow and other tools
  • Manage and maintain production infrastructure across cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Assist in automating web application deployments to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
  • Follow defined escalation paths and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent issue resolution
  • Provide subject matter expertise and technical support to teams outside the IT organization
  • Troubleshoot and maintain various software applications, identifying root causes and implementing long-term fixes
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What you will likely bring:
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS
  • Proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Advanced SQL skills, including querying, backup/restore, and performance troubleshooting
  • Experience in Government Cloud compliance
  • Strong decision-making and technical troubleshooting capabilities
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in cloud operations or infrastructure support
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
What could set you apart:
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure or willingness to cross-train
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner credential
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and identity management tools

Range:

Minimum: $60,000 USD Maximum: $170,000 USD
