Supervisory Role: Yes, manages direct and indirect reports Pay Range: $137,000 - $210,000/yr, with generous incentive opportunity What You'll Do In This Role: Champion a high-performance culture focused on safety, customer satisfaction, and team development, aligned with Foley's core values. Drive strategic growth by developing and executing short- and long-term plans to grow market share and profitability. Identify and capitalize on market trends, competitive gaps, and new business opportunities. Take full ownership of territory-level performance, including goal setting, budgeting, fleet planning, staffing, capital investments, and marketing strategies. Serve as a key liaison to executive leadership, aligning departmental objectives with overall business goals. Oversee rental operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency, operational efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience. Coach and develop managers and teams, focusing on performance metrics, leadership behaviors, CRM utilization, and sales growth. Travel within your territory to support locations, build relationships, and ensure alignment across teams. Our Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5 years of management experience, ideally with P&L responsibility. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and scale high-performing teams. Deep knowledge of the construction or equipment rental industry. Track record of executing sales strategies, managing operational performance, and exceeding goals. Strong business acumen with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Technologically proficient, especially in CRM and sales tools. What Will Put You Ahead: Bachelor's degree in business or related field-or equivalent experience. Prior experience in heavy equipment sales or rental management. Familiarity with the rental equipment market, customer base, and industry demands. Experience overseeing multiple branch locations across a defined territory..
