We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer to work in the dynamic Microsoft Artificial Intelligence System on Chip (AISoC) Silicon team. ResponsibilitiesContribute to the design of high-performance, high-bandwidth architecture for state-of-the-art AI SoCs.Define microarchitecture specifications for Intellectual Property (IP) blocks.Perform Register Transfer Level (RTL) design and development.Conduct synthesis, linting, Clock Domain Crossing (CDC) analysis, and Formal Equivalence Verification (FEV).Support System-on-Chip (SoC) integration across various subsystems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, verification, and physical design, to ensure designs meet specifications and quality standards.
