Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Dallas, TX and Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract-to-hire position.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for evaluating risk and compliance with Enterprise protocols across the WMO organizational teams and functions
  • Drive consistency across exercises to ensure compliance with protocols and requests from internal and external Requestors/Auditors/Regulators
  • Own the oversight of assessments, issue management, control initiatives, Single Process Inventory (SPI) processes aligned to controls, metrics and risk alignment and reviews of WMO processes and controls
  • Responsible for partnering with Process Owners to vet and coordinate responses and partnering with the Business Control teams to execute deliverables as they relate to the alignment of Third Party Management within WMO
  • Lead initiatives related to third party risk exercises within the organization which includes data management review, collaboration with team members to identify and address risk; responses to regulatory examinations, inquiries, assessments, and audits of operational functions; mobilize and guide team in the procurement process, identification of third party engagement types and maintenance or the inventory
  • Collaborate with Business Controls and Operation Managers/teams to identify and address risk
  • Manage the WMO third party process in coordination with Third Party Management, control partners, audit, and the impacted functional areas
  • Manage various risk initiatives to ensure that organization is appropriately represented and evaluated within the broader organization
  • Collaborate with team members across Business Controls and WM Ops to identify and mitigate risk



Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of prior experience in risk mitigation/role
  • Highly detail-oriented work ethic and self-starter attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across and up the organization
  • Strong organization skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to hold others accountable
  • Proven ability to work and execute with minimal supervision
  • Ability to perform in an environment that changes periodically
  • Demonstrate teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship management skills to build and maintain credibility and influence with support partners, leadership, and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to provide comprehensive solutions to complex needs and/or problems
  • Effective PowerPoint skills with the ability to develop presentations
  • Effective Excel skills with the ability to create reports on a daily basis
  • Understanding of the Single Process Inventory standard and application
  • Experience in the documentation and remediation steps aligned to the Issue Management Standard
  • An appetite and aptitude for reading and understanding policy and procedure documentation



Desired skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Operational processes
  • Ability to review data and provide analytical perspective
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proficient with SharePoint and Visio



Pay range: $43.54 - $51.54
