Join a dynamic and visionary leadership team at Providence Newberg Medical Center (PNMC), committed to transforming healthcare delivery. The Role: As the COO/CNO, you will lead nursing, ancillary, and support departments, driving hospital operations and ensuring the highest quality patient care. Collaborate with operational leaders and medical staff to implement strategic plans, recruit and retain top talent, and spearhead initiatives for quality and patient satisfaction. Work closely with the CEO to develop strategic growth initiatives that align with regional and system-wide goals, becoming an integral part of the PNMC executive leadership team and actively participating in regional efforts.
