Requirements\| 1 year of recent warehouse experience + The ability to lift 75 pounds + Able to read and follow directions + Attention to detail + Basic math skills + Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player Warehouse Associate Tasks Picking: Retrieve chips and snack products from designated storage areas per modular pick lists Verify product codes and quantities for accuracy Place picked items into bins, totes, or pallets for shipment Dock & Load: Organize and load shipments onto trucks accurately and safely Scan and verify outgoing shipments Replenish Prep & Cart Movement: Prepare inventory for restocking and move carts to designated areas Ensure replenishment items are staged and ready for pickers Audit: Perform quality checks on completed orders Report discrepancies, damaged items, or shortages General Duties: Use handheld scanners or manual pick lists to track progress Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals Assist in inventory counts and restocking as needed Join a Team That Works for You At Staffmark, we're more than just a staffing company - we're your career partner.
