Material Handler

Advantage Technical is hiring Material Handlers in Beverly, MA to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. In this role, you'll work with automated storage and retrieval systems, as well as self-guided vehicles, to manage and move inventory efficiently and safely. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work with a forward-thinking team-this opportunity is for you.

Pay: $22-$24/hr (based on experience) + Shift Differentials

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | 10% shift differential
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM | 15% shift differential + full cafe service (coffee, snacks, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
• Sort, label, and store materials according to company protocols
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders with speed and accuracy
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control
• Follow safety procedures and participate in ongoing training
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals
• Use warehouse management systems for tracking and organization

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly, heavier with assistance
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable standing and moving for long periods
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
