We are looking for a Audit Process Analyst in 401 N Michigan Ave, Suite 1400, Chicago, IL 60611 USA. Your mission will be to:
As part of the Auditing Compliance team, the Audit Process Analyst will work with customers and internal business stakeholders to gather, process, cleanse, normalize and apply calculations to large amounts of data from various sources. In this role the Analyst will work with the auditing team to discover patterns, trends, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure continued compliance with internal, customer, and accreditation requirements. The Audit Process Analyst will be able to analyze data sources, data structures, and develop processes and tools for communicating the information to management staff and key customers. A clear understanding of internal and external customer needs, concerns and requirements is necessary to determine how auditing programs and processes can assist with business solutions. The Audit Process Analyst assists in monitoring compliance of all policies and procedures implemented by the department.
YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications Required
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience required. Degree in Computer Science, Math, Science, Business or related field desired.
- The ability to work effectively with key stakeholders on complex cross functional teams and a commitment to teamwork on client and internal specific projects.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills are required.
- Ability to understand complex internal and external systems. Ability to interpret data results and to provide the managerial team with usable summary information. An outstanding attention to detail is required.
- Excel knowledge, excellent phone skills, strong understanding of customer needs
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with the customer's primary contact and other stakeholders by fully understanding their business, the markets they serve and the business issues in which they may need assistance. Actively participate in customer meetings and customer projects as needed.
- Complete CSR non-cert and certification audit reviews in support of this process
- Provide exceptional Customer Service while following Merieux NutriSciences' policies and best practices. Determine if customer requests can be met and possible ways to pro
- Pvide and improve customer care by making decisions to ensure that requirements of all stakeholders are met.
- Answer customer inquiries, identify customer requirements, provide additional information that meets or exceeds the customer's expectation, and follow up with solutions. Effectively communicate customer requirements and coordinate projects with internal and external auditing stakeholders.
- Upload audits, addendums and scheduling to any customer platforms and manage the customer request
Manage global requests for North America key customers, provide support to global Merieux contacts and be a conduit between the customer and global contacts. - Monitor and analyze key account data, customer information, and auditing performance. Provide data summaries, trend analysis, KPIs, and other pertinent information to key customers and internal management on a routine basis.
- Analyze data points to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), trends, averages, and other calculations as needed to identify potential problems and areas for improvement within the auditing group
- Assist in customer complaint handling, recall monitoring and investigation in accordance with company quality policies and SOPs.
- Act as a liaison between IT and the auditing division to ensure smooth transfer of required data and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support for audit tools, databases, learning platforms and internal processes as they are developed and implemented.
- Provide training and assistance for staff and auditors regarding customer requirements, audit tools and databases, both internal and external.
- Lead the design and development of new techniques and internal processes for auditor competency monitoring tools and continuous improvement in complying with Accreditation Body (AB) and ISO requirements
- Assist with various Development tasks, primarily focused towards internal processes, but also including some IT-related tasks.
- Handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
Other related duties as assigned. At any time, the incumbent must behave and operate in an ethical and Code of Conduct compliant manner.
Communication Direct involvement with auditing department office staff and auditors.
Customer facing role and direct involvement with clients: This position interfaces with at least 3 large customers.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Regularly required to sit for long periods, use hands to type, handle documents, and operate office equipment.

Minimal travel is required, primarily for training or company meetings.
Travel is typically less than 10% of the time.
Compensation Package Overview:
Compensation Range $55,000 - $65,000 annual salary USD
