Your Impact:

As an integral part of the Fulfillment department, the Customer Order & Fulfilment Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring delivery excellence within the Order Fulfilment lifecycle while providing top-tier customer experience.

Reporting directly to the Fulfillment Manager, you will demonstrate autonomy, problem-solving skills, and initiative in executing accurate and timely order processing. Additionally, you'll provide support and assistance to our valued customers.

You'll work independently to manage more complex tasks, find opportunities for process improvements, update documentation, and provide alternative solutions when needed. Throughout, your focus will remain on delivering exceptional service to our values.

What The Role Offers:

  • Responsible for monitoring quality of finished goods (computer forensic hardware and accessories)
  • Manages day to day inventory control, inventory related activities and transactions, and warehouse organization.
  • Assists with periodic cycle counts, and annual physical inventory
  • Creates required documentation for fulfilling sales orders
  • Assist with day to day fulfillment of customer orders
  • Assemble boxes, product kits, packaging, perform labelling and kitting of products and kits
  • Perform quality control checks of orders prepared by other team members
  • Prepare orders/packages, and ship domestically and/or internationally, using various carriers both small package and truck.
  • Assist customers, internally and externally, with shipping issues and customs documentation.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Previous experience within Fulfilment or an Order to Cash and /or Customer Service environment preferred.
  • Available to support increased workload and additional hours when required (e.g., month-end/quarter-end periods).
  • Demonstrated customer service and soft skills with customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow an asset.
  • Detail and results-oriented, ability to work under pressure to meet tight timelines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; Self-starter attitude with great teamwork abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace change and willingness to learn best practices.
  • Very strong organizational skills - attention to detail essential.
