The Role Program Manager - Digital / Managed Services

Job Responsibilities:



  • Lead end-to-end program management for digital transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, workplace modernization, and collaboration platform deployments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver digital enablement programs aligned with business objectives and customer outcomes.
  • Manage complex program dependencies across multiple technology platforms and vendor ecosystems.
  • Develop comprehensive program plans incorporating technical milestones, change management activities, and business readiness checkpoints.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and governance processes for digital platform development teams.
  • Track and report on program health metrics including velocity, quality, and adoption indicators.
  • Partner with digital Services Product Managers to ensure program alignment with product strategy and roadmap priorities.
  • Drive standardization of digital service delivery processes and operational frameworks.
  • Manage stakeholder communications including status updates, risk escalations, and success metrics.
  • Support business case development and ROI tracking for digital transformation investments.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transitions from implementation to ongoing service delivery.
  • Champion best practices in digital program management across the organization.


Required Skills:



  • Deep understanding of digital transformation technologies including cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Teams), and workplace modernization solutions.
  • Knowledge of digital experience platforms, automation technologies, and API-driven architectures.
  • Expertise in agile program management for software and platform initiatives.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous delivery methodologies.
  • Understanding of change management principles for technology adoption.
  • Experience with digital workplace metrics and user experience measurement.
  • Strong program management fundamentals with emphasis on digital and technology initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and business constituencies.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.
  • Change leadership skills to drive organizational transformation.
  • Data-driven approach to program decisions and performance measurement.

Education & Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; PMP certification preferred and/or military experience.
  • 5-7 years of program management experience with focus on digital or technology transformation.
  • Experience managing cloud migration or digital workplace programs.
  • Proficiency with agile methodologies and associated tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Track record of successful delivery of platform or software programs.
  • Understanding of modern application architectures and integration patterns.
  • Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.


Physical Requirements:

Primarily sedentary office work with extensive computer use. Minimal travel (<10%) may be required for team meetings or training sessions. Standard business hours with some flexibility required during critical release periods. May require occasional evening or weekend work during critical program milestones or launches.
