Modeling and Simulation Engineer

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing simulation models and software that analyze the operational effectiveness of integrated weapon systems across multiple domains. By conducting theater-level analyses, designing experiments, and using Monte Carlo methods and optimization techniques, you'll provide critical insights and guidance to customers. You'll lead a dynamic, cross-country team of engineers in using cutting-edge Python-based frameworks to tackle complex mission requirements and capability gaps.

You Have:

• Experience withtheater-level operations analysisandsystem-of-systemscampaign problems

• Experiencedesigning modelsanddeveloping softwarefor complex defense simulations utilizing programming languages such as Python

• Experience using advancedoptimization techniquesto evaluate trade-offs and assess multi-domain, system-level performance

• Experience withstrategic guidanceand formulating measures of effectiveness to evaluate capability gaps and desired effects across multiple programs

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degreein an Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience withconstructive modeling and simulation toolssuch as AFSIM, EADSIM, FLAMES, or HELIOS

• Experience inmulti-domain defense simulations, including air, space, missile defense, or cyber

• Knowledge of complex system interactions related to multi-domain defense simulations

• Knowledge ofUNIX or Linux environmentsfor model execution and data analysis

• Ability toanalyze large amounts of raw dataand extract key insights to inform strategic decisions

• Possession of excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills to present complex findings in an accessible manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Master's degreein a related field

Clearance:
