Position Summary:



  • The Dietary Retail Supervisor manages production, assembly and service for retail outlets while maintaining customer service and sanitation standards.
  • Assists with onboarding, and training of new staff. Develops schedules and daily assignment sheets.
  • Supports staff in completion of duties as needed to ensure timely, and efficient service
  • Promotes retail menu and promotions through approved communication sources
  • Promotes sales through effective advertising, and merchandizing of offerings.
  • Ensures compliance to all branded concepts and processes.


Shift:

Full-time (40hrs per week)

Day Shift

Rotating weekend work required

Location: Howard County Medical Center,

Education/Experience:



  • Associate degree (food or business related), or a High School diploma with a minimum of three (3) years food service experience with two (2) years of supervisory experience.
  • A minimum of three (3) years food service experience with two (2) years of supervisory experience (required if no AA degree or Certification).


Required Licensure, Certification, On-going Training:

Must have or be able to pass ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification within probationary period.

Salary Range: Minimum 20.22/hour - Maximum 33.38/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
