We're seeking a future team member for the role of Strategic Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. This role is located in New York, Hybrid (4 days in office) In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage medium- to large-sized teams responsible for multiple marketing functions supporting the firm's key strategic initiatives and business goals.
- Direct, plan, and execute multidisciplinary functions across marketing, brand, digital, and communications to drive brand awareness, client experience, and employee engagement.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with senior business stakeholders and external partners to align activities with strategic objectives and disseminate firm-level messages.
- Oversee strategic planning processes, provide strategic guidance, create compelling vision for the function, and allocate resources to achieve long-term goals.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 12-15 years of related experience, with 3-5 years of management experience preferred.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred.
- Strong business and industry acumen with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams, including coaching, performance management, and resource allocation.

Compensation Note: BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $127,000 and $240,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
