Job Summary

The Operations Experience Ambassador is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, and staff members. The Operations Experience Ambassador will serve as an ambassador to the on-site Workplace team while providing office operations support to our clients. They will have a level of expertise to assist all visitors quickly and can readily jump in to support meetings when needed.

Job Responsibilities:
*Provide personalized and exceptional internal and external customer support with an emphasis on elevated hospitality.
*Greet employees and visitors, welcome clients with a smile and maintain eye contact through the entire interaction.
*Conduct daily walkthroughs of office space and meeting rooms to ensure all supplies and equipment are put away neatly or readily available for any upcoming meetings.
*Work independently and with a team to set up and teardown meeting rooms, catering orders, and office equipment.
*Respond to inquiries both in-person and via email, anticipate client needs, and follow up in a timely manner.
*Handling of mail and packages, communicating promptly to recipients when items arrive.
*Stay up to date with office A/V technology and be comfortable supporting basic A/V needs.
*Maintain office organization and cleanliness, including resetting workplaces and meeting rooms, loading/unloading dishwashers, restocking cafe, and beverage machine upkeep.
*Crosstrain and assist with other workplace roles (including front desk and meeting coordination) while showcasing a willingness to help wherever needed.
*Speak knowledgeably about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest.
*Maintain a strong awareness of business activity and communicate all updates with your team members and other departments.
*Carry out instructions for security, fire, health, and safety processes and maintain relevant records.
*Other duties as assigned.

Key Competencies:
*A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering the Rapport standards.
*The ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and juggling many jobs simultaneously, while constantly interacting with clients and visitors.
*Communicate effectively with peers, displaying accuracy and attention to detail both in verbal and written communications.
*Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of office technology, including Microsoft 365.
*Punctual, dependable, and dedicated to achieving operational excellence, down to the smallest of details.
*Discreet, ethical, and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
*A consistently professional approach, with a mindset to take ownership and responsibility within and outside one's job domain.
*At least 2 years of work in a professional environment providing customer support and administrative assistance.
