Team Overview:

The User Experience team develops and maintains the Lincoln Institute's marketing technology including websites, digital systems for public-facing forms, event management systems to increase online engagement, product demand, and audience growth.

Position Overview:

The Lincoln Institute of Land Policy is seeking a Salesforce Admin to join our UX team. In this role, you will accelerate our day-to-day system management of Salesforce[MC1.1], working in collaboration with the UX team, departmental colleagues, and external contractors. Key responsibilities include overseeing ongoing integration work; managing user accounts, roles, and permissions; generating reports, maintaining data integrity; and providing user training and support.

What You Will Do




  1. Ensure contractors satisfactorily complete ongoing work to build dashboards and system integrations.



  2. Handling staff onboarding/offboarding updates. Respond to requests for audience profiles and other metrics.



  3. Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.



  4. Oversee ongoing enhancements and work to integrate Salesforce with Swoogo event management platform, network lists, and subscription/subscriber reporting.



  5. Assist with rollout of Salesforce features, providing training and documentation, and regular updates.



  6. Collaborate with internal teams and external developers on best practices and site improvements.



  7. Optimize marketing email deliverability through Pardot configuration and best practices collaborating with teammates.




Qualifications
What You Will Need


  1. 4 or more years of Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer experience in a nonprofit setting.



  2. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).



  3. Strong proficiency with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud; familiarity with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement a plus.



  4. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data models, and best practices.



  5. Experience with Salesforce platform customization and configuration.



  6. Strong attention to detail.



  7. A collaborative, results-oriented, data-driven approach with a proactive attitude.
