The Executive Assistant will directly support 7-8 finance Executives with senior level administration services including: maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, supporting internal communications, creating/updating documents, making travel arrangements, copying, printing, greeting visitors, setting up files, maintaining shared drives and web portals, tracking expenses, coordinating building and equipment maintenance. This position will also have BSL (Business Segment Liaison) responsibilities supporting a team of ~200 finance professionals including new hire onboarding / off boarding, real estate space planning, provide assistance in trouble-shooting PC and system access issues, equipment ordering and set-up, software purchases and office supply ordering. This is a fast-paced working environment that requires the ability to multitask with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. The position is highly visible with UHC senior leadership and critical to the effective performance of the UHC corporate finance teams. This role is based in the Minnetonka, MN office with flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, which is defined as four days onsite, and one day offsite per week. Primary Responsibilities:

The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
