COMP RANGE: $85,000 - $100,000

Griffith Foods is hiring an Executive Assistant to support high level executives as we move forward with exceptional dedication to people and our planet, providing nourishment to the world with care and creativity.

As an Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• International and domestic travel arrangements and meeting scheduling.

• High level administrative support to multiple executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, expense management, and coordinating arrangements; drafting and editing correspondence, presentations, and communications on behalf of the executives.

• Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.

• Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives by participating in strategic meetings, conducting research, preparing reports, and providing insights and follow up action items to support decision making.

• Assist in the planning and execution of key projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and goals are achieved.

• Manage and organize sensitive information, documents, and data with a high degree of confidentiality.

• Serve as one of the primary points of contact for facility-related inquiries and office service requests.

• Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment; proactively order replenishments as needed.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar strategic support role.

• Ability to work onsite in Lombard, OH a minimum of 1-2 days per week, and as business needs require.

Most IT professionals come into the office once a week or less. Periodic onsite meetings may occur at our Lombard or Alsip (IL) locations.
