Service Administrator

Main Duties:

Service Writing/Quoting

Administrative duties such as data entry, opening work orders, etc.

Assisting customers/internal staff with questions regarding service

Maintaining customer profiles in company database

Assisting dispatching as needed

Updating/maintaining work in progress

Answering incoming phone calls

Requirements:

Possess unwavering customer service drive and focus

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Pleasant phone demeanor

Must be a team player

Attention to detail a must

Stable work history with record of excellent attendance

Excellent computer skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Quick learner and capable decision maker

Exceptional follow-up a must

Strong typing skills

High energy level and positive attitude!
