Job Description:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Documentation & Process Administrator to support our engineering team by maintaining accurate and organized product and process documentation. This role is critical for ensuring engineers have the information they need to do their work efficiently - no engineering experience is required.

What You'll Do

  • Enter, update, and maintain part numbers, bills of material (BOMs), routings, and other records in ERP/MRP systems
  • Manage document updates, revisions, and approvals to ensure compliance with internal standards
  • Coordinate the obsolescence of outdated part numbers and documents
  • Enforce naming conventions and keyword/abbreviation standards in documentation
  • Assist in creating and updating internal process and procedure documents
  • Work closely with engineers, ensuring they have the accurate documentation needed to support design and production

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training is a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience in data entry, document management, administration, or a related role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in ERP/MRP systems or willing to learn
  • Ability to read, interpret, and maintain documentation with accuracy
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with engineers and other teams
