Job Title: Training Administration Support Staff Job Summary: Working with instructors and site leadership, to support the Factory & Field Training Team with various administrative tasks such as: Proctoring, Scheduling, logistical support; and other similar duties as designated by leadership. Basic qualifications:
- Experience working in training administration and logistics environment.
- Familiar with the standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated training administrative records retention, preparing, scanning and proper records retention of student workmanship materials.
- Comfortable learning and utilizing technology such as scanners, printers, laptop, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Experience and ability to effectively work in and manage change to processes while maintaining high degree of accuracy, quality, and timely completion. Ability to prioritize and manage disruptions.
- Experience working in Learning Management Systems (LMS) in administrator access roles is a plus; but not required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Possess strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a complex and changing environment while being both self-sufficient and collaborative with team members.
- Good written and verbal communication that support positive and effective customer experience.
- Ability to commute / transport documents between facilities.
Other Position Info:
- Will primarily work on-site at the LM Marietta Facility; telework is not available.
- Work week and status: Part-time (between Monday - Thursday) Actual schedule to be determined upon arrival.
- Contract period of performance: approx. 12 months (contract could be extended based on work demand)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS General physical requirements needed to perform the essential functions of this job may vary based on location of assignment. Assignment Location - Remote or Local Office
- Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
- Fingering (typing), communicating, repetitive motions.
- Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data, view computer monitors and read. May need to view presentation screens and other visual aids in a virtual setting.
- Inside environmental conditions with protection from outside elements.
