Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Order Processor and Forklift Operator to join our team full-time. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Primary Duties
  • Accurately receive, review, and input customer orders into the company's order management system.
  • Verify order details such as pricing, quantities, and product specifications to ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to confirm product availability and coordinate timely dispatch.
  • Communicate proactively with customers and internal departments regarding order status, discrepancies, or delays.
  • Maintain detailed records of orders, adjustments, and customer communications to support smooth workflow and audit trails.
  • Identify and escalate issues or irregularities impacting order fulfillment to management for prompt resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on order processing procedures and suggesting workflow optimizations.
  • Ensure adherence to all company safety protocols and data privacy regulations while handling customer information.
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order verification.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple orders efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal teams professionally.
  • Proficiency in standard office software applications and ability to quickly learn order management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify order issues and work towards timely resolutions.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding customer and company data.
Education / Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or a related administrative role is highly desirable. Training will be provided to enhance system proficiency and product knowledge.
