Infor is hiring a Senior IT Support Engineer who will be responsible for assisting corporate employees with 'client side' technology, including PC maintenance, peripheral support, mobile phone support, audio/visual tools, troubleshooting, management of software and management of company assets. In this role, you will serve as a trusted IT support professional delivering executive level, white glove service and detail-oriented assistance to corporate employees with their technological needs. As the local lead for the Onsite IT Support team, you will help direct daily tasks and serve as the primary point of contact for any escalations, ensuring all issues are managed promptly and professionally. Moreover, you will champion initiatives that create a meaningful global impact by fostering strong cross regional collaboration, driving the organization toward shared success worldwide. A Day In the Life Typically Looks Like: Assists corporate employees with 'client technology' problems and requests. Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of company's PCs/laptops. Performs installation, configuration, and upgrade tasks. Serves as troubleshooter on PC problems on all levels. Researches and evaluates hardware and software updates. Responds to requests and serve as troubleshooter on various problems. Assists corporate employees with audio visual problems and requests. Assists corporate employees with the use of video conferencing solutions. Basic Qualifications: Prior experience working in a corporate environment handling IT Support. Experience with MAC and PC. Prior AV experience. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
