- Input accurate vehicle information into AS400 using a handheld computer (TC75X), including:
- VIN, stock number, dealer ID
- Make, model, year, mileage, color, and options
- Affix barcode/stock number stickers on each received vehicle
- Apply work order numbers and routing labels upon vehicle entry
- Flag vehicles with missing keys ("no key" cars)
- Direct transporters to the appropriate vehicle drop zones
- Report any transport-related damage
- Install tracking devices in the OBD port of all vehicles
- Provide windshield sale identification codes to drivers during registration/check-in
- Demonstrate commitment to safety by following all health and safety procedures
- Collaborate with safety leadership to support Safety Excellence initiatives
- Assist with auction sale days, including driving vehicles through sales lanes
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Physical requirements:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear
- Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, and climb
- Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
USD 14.71 - 22.12 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate is $14.71 - $22.12/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
