Location Designation:Hybrid - 3 days per week

This role follows a hybrid schedule: remote work on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Change Readiness Communications Specialist with experience in change management and financial services to support communication strategies for annuity and suitability compliance initiatives. This role focuses on creating clear, engaging content, coordinating with internal teams, and helping employees understand and adopt business changes.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the development and execution of communication plans for annuity and suitability process changes.
  • Draft clear, audience-specific messages for advisors, sales teams, operations staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Translate compliance and technical information into easy-to-understand communications.
  • Contribute to communication efforts for training, change and operations readiness, and process rollouts.
  • Collaborate with teams across the various value streams, compliance, legal, technology, and operations to ensure message accuracy.
  • Work with change management and learning teams to provide consistent communication.
  • Assist in stakeholder engagement activities, including feedback collection and readiness assessments.
  • Track and report on communication effectiveness through surveys, metrics, and feedback.
  • Create communication materials such as FAQs, presentations, job aids, talking points, and intranet content.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications or change management roles.
  • Financial services experience strongly preferred; annuities and suitability knowledge preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messages by audience.
  • Understanding of annuity products and suitability compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting communications in regulated environments.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Workfront a plus.
  • Openness to using AI tools for efficiency.
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR) is helpful.
  • Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exhibit leadership skills to drive communication and change management plans across multiple teams
  • Analytical thinker who can use data and feedback to improve communications.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$79,000-$100,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
