We are looking for a Facilities Technician to join our Group and help in our goal to achieve a world class maintenance and facilities organization. This role will be within the maintenance department within Endress + Hauser Flow, USA.

What is the role about?

Are you someone who enjoys solving difficult technical problems? Do you excel at using your hands and tools to bring an asset back to its intended operation? Have you spent endless hours wondering how to improve how something is done? As a facilities technician you will be bringing this mindset of troubleshooting, technical skillset, and improvement in spades as we tackle the difficult task of keeping the facility running optimally each day. The Facility Technician position will report to the Maintenance Manager for E+H Flow USA and become part of our Maintenance and Facilities department.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks (PM)

  • Troubleshoot facilities equipment malfunctions for repair

  • Take ownership of maintaining facilities equipment health

  • Maintain building appearance to a "like new" condition

  • Perform and record tasks within the CMMS (SAP)

  • Use of power tools

  • Waste area management and upkeep

  • Ensure compliance related PMs are completed on time and stored appropriately

  • Keep Maintenance workshop and areas in good condition.

  • Assist Safety team with action items related to facilities

What do we expect from you?

You:

  • Knowledge of power circuits, motor controls, machine automation, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

  • Ability to work in a team environment with multiple daily tasks and minimal direct supervision.

  • General troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to create and follow written instructions.

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Safety-focused mindset
