What to Expect
As a PC Process Technician, you will be required to have a strong focus on material flow to optimize and manage the movement of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods through the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sustaining, designing, improving, and implementing systems that ensure the efficient and cost-effective flow of materials across production lines, warehouses, and distribution channels.

What You'll Do
  • Design and sustain material flow from raw material receipt to finished goods shipping for seamless production and accurate inventory data
  • Integrate and improve technological tools for inventory management to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Plan and optimize plant layouts, storage, and transportation systems to minimize congestion and reduce material handling costs
  • Monitor material flow efficiency, collect data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize processes
  • Recommend and implement lean principles and automation to eliminate waste and improve material flow accuracy
  • Collaborate with various teams to align material flow systems with production goals
  • Provide continuous data on issue resolution, task statuses, and project completion for inventory management analysis

What You'll Bring
  • Strong understanding of Tesla Systems, process design, and optimization
  • Fluent with common MS office programs
  • Problem-solving & analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and address material flow challenges and make data-driven decisions
  • Highly detailed and service-oriented, and strong process-driven nature strongly desired
  • Ability to lift, push or carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work and repetitious duties, stairs and standing for up to 12 hours
  • Frequently and repetitively, bend, lift, reach, stoop, lay, squat, kneel, crouch, twist and crawl for extended periods of time
