Job Description

Lead the development and execution of internal and external communications that support leadership visibility, employee engagement, and commercial initiatives for Amcor Healthcare Packaging. Ensure content strategy aligns with business goals, stakeholder needs, and brand standards. Collaborate across teams to deliver consistent messaging, drive initiatives and events, and engage key audiences to advance company objectives.

YOUR ROLE IN UNPACKING POSSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies that align with business unit goals and leadership priorities.
  • Research and develop communication materials to support leadership in internal and external engagements (e.g., presentations, executive bios, talking points).
  • Develop and maintain high-impact visual communications including PowerPoint, emails, SharePoint sites and other digital collateral
  • Partner with HR to support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to produce sales enablement content such as product one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, and battle cards.
  • Translate complex product and business information into clear, persuasive messaging tailored for sales teams and customer-facing roles.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding content for sales teams to improve product knowledge and selling confidence.
  • Support the rollout of new tools and training materials to improve sales readiness and performance.
  • Gather feedback from sales teams to continuously improve content relevance and effectiveness.
  • Manage planning and execution of internal and external events, including logistics, messaging, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Manage internal channels (e.g., intranet, SharePoint) to ensure consistent and timely messaging.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication projects in alignment with Amcor's visual and messaging standards.

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Able to craft clear, well organized presentations and communications about complex, sometimes technical topics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in planning and managing internal and external events (e.g. corporate meetings, customer events, trade shows).
  • Good eye for design and an understanding of how to bring design and content together.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
  • Basic graphic design skills, including digital asset creation and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, sales enablement, or marketing communications.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

CompensationThe starting salary for this position is expected to be between $64,700 to $80,900; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $64,700 to $97,100 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor's Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.
