What to Expect
The DPL team manages Service Engineering Programsto maintainfleet health of deployed products. This includes programs for service procedures and tools, field campaigns to remediate field issues, design and development of retrofit solutions that include extant and custom parts. While regular service demand can be planned in a traditional manner, campaign hardware management is different for 3 reasons 1) speed at which responses are needed 2) custom nature of parts (not in production) 3) needed commodities may not always align fully within existing procurement channels and needs considerable stakeholder engagement and buy-in. This person would own planning for, regular track and allocate parts for various industrial campaigns while also managing/executing some campaigns from start to finish.

What You'll Do
  • Manage campaign parts demand and communicate clearly to stakeholders like service material planning, GSMs etc.
  • Work with the appropriate GSM org along with material planning to set-up suppliers for new parts and SAPOs where needed

  • Drive development of custom parts (non-production intent) and TQPs as needed

  • Drive timely procurement of parts based on urgency and consumption rate through regular tracking and ensure efficient allocation

  • Create PRs and IPOs when needed

  • Maintain a budget file and track campaign material cost and sync with finance and explain PRs and get them approved

  • Support managing some campaigns/changes, ticketing of energy initiatives and commissioning support activities


What You'll Bring
  • Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience

  • 1-2 years of experience managing BOMs, purchasing, and/or manufacturing NPI, Engineering build management

  • Ability to drive collaboration across functions and levels within the business in fast-paced organizations

  • SQL/Spreadsheet/Presentation skills/Jira/confluence

  • Up to 10% travel may be required

    Expected Compensation
    $88,000 - $300,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
