What to Expect We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support the company's growing AV and event needs. The Technical Coordinator supports the daily operations of the digital signage environment by working closely with our internal IT Field Services team, vendors and end users, managing hardware enrollment, change requests, maintaining user guides and documentation, and serving as a key liaison with the internal content team. Although everyone is responsible for upholding design principles and brand standards, the Technical Coordinator will help ensure that all content entering the system aligns with the company vision to help drive consistent messaging across the entire signage network. This position will be based in Fremont, CA. This full-time role requires the flexibility of being able to support users and functions out-of-hours when necessary. What You'll Do Process and track new hardware additions and change requests Maintain and update user manuals, support documentation, and process guides Review, verify and approve or reject content uploads for quality & compliance Act as primary point person for Retail leadership and content teams Assist with pilot programs, coordinate with the development team on process changes, and new signage deployments Provide backup support services in the absence of other AV Team members Work closely with IT and AV Engineers to ensure new digital signage deployments are thorough and complete Basic network understanding including TCP/IP, UDP, IP schemas What You'll Bring Minimum of 3+ years' experience in IT or Facilities focused projects or equivalent required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with digital signage platforms (MagicINFO, YoDeck, Optisigns, BrightSign, etc) Experience with documentation and collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint, etc) Excellent communication and coordination skills Basic technical literacy to work in alignment with administrative and development team Happy to travel and attend events globally as needed Clean, valid driving license Photoshop experience and skills with Microsoft Office packages Compensation and Benefits Benefits Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire: Aetna PPO and HSA plans > 2 medical plan options with $0 payroll deduction Family-building, fertility, adoption and surrogacy benefits Dental (including orthodontic coverage) and vision plans, both have options with a $0 paycheck contribution Company Paid (Health Savings Account) HSA Contribution when enrolled in the High Deductible Aetna medical plan with HSA Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(k) with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and other financial benefits Company paid Basic Life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance Employee Assistance Program Sick and Vacation time (Flex time for salary positions), and Paid Holidays Back-up childcare and parenting support resources Voluntary benefits to include: critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, theft & legal services, and pet insurance Weight Loss and Tobacco Cessation Programs Tesla Babies program Commuter benefits Employee discounts and perks program Expected Compensation $88,000 - $132,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
