Job Title: Account Development Representative Location: Goodyear, AZ (On-site) Schedule: Mon-Thu 7am-4pm, Fri 7am-11am (flexible) Pay: $23-$24.50/hr \| Contract-to-Hire 90 Day Contract-to-hire - Will switch from hourly to salary once converted. Commissions can be had while on temp to hire status! Responsibilities: - Make outbound sales calls to auto shops. - Manage high-volume, short sales cycles. - Communicate product benefits clearly. - Track leads and progress in CRM. - Collaborate with your team to hit goals. Qualifications: * Strong communication and phone skills. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented. * Telesales or inside sales experience * preferred. * Comfortable with CRM tools. * 4-year degree preferred but not required.
