*Member Service Center Representative - Call Center (Full-Time)*
Schedule Options (Pick one and stick with it) | 5 Days/Week (Must Work One Weekend Day) - 9a-6 - 10a-7 - 11a-8 - 12p-9p Training & Development: Initial Training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for 3 months (1-hour lunch). Ongoing Team Training: Shadowing, hands-on practice, and teach-back methods for 2-3 months. Are you charismatic, friendly, and a natural problem solver? Join our dynamic 365 Live Call Center as a Member Service Center Representative, where you'll be the voice of a respected Michigan credit union known for exceptional service and community commitment. This is more than just a job-it's a chance to make a real impact in the lives of our members every single day. What You'll Do: Handle 80-100 calls daily, providing solutions and support with a smile. Assist members with inquiries about checking, savings, loans, and lines of credit. Resolve account issues and document interactions thoroughly. Recommend financial products and services tailored to member needs. Process loan payments and various account transactions. Deliver five-star service that builds trust and loyalty. Be a confident, positive voice that represents our brand with pride. Troubleshoot issues with online banking, account access, and more. Occasionally take loan applications and guide members through the process. Dress Code: Business Casual - Professional, comfortable, and ready to represent!
