- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for D365 F&O applications.
- Establish a software testing program, including the creation of test strategy. test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred. * 10 + years in hands on Software Quality Engineering * 3-5 years of experience working with D365 F&O, including at least one full F&O implementation. * Proven experience in establishing a testing program. * Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks. * Knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, and experience with project management tools such as ADO and JIRA. * Prior experience with integrations between D365 F&O and other enterprise platforms (e.g., CRM, data warehouse, HRIS). * Experience with SOX compliance, internal control, and audit processes. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary for this role begins at $80,100.00. *This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience. The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person's relevant experience and/or education level.
