What You'll Do
- Interpret and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, weld symbols, and written procedures to accurately fabricate equipment and products
- Design and build both basic and complex structures or frameworks as needed
- Perform welding using ARC and MIG processes, as well as oxy/acetylene torch and plasma cutting techniques
- Use hand and power tools including drills, grinders, and screw guns, along with precision measuring tools like calipers, weld gauges, and tape measures
- Set up and fixture weldments to meet geometric specifications and ensure quality through inspections and rework when necessary
- Maintain inventory of products and welding consumables, and document equipment defects when identified
- Follow safety procedures, uphold quality standards, communicate effectively with management, and keep the work area clean and organized
What You'll Bring
- 1-3 years of MIG welding experience and related work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and follow directions; basic computer skills and technical/vocational training preferred
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and self-motivation with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Skilled in identifying issues and responding to safety cues using sight, touch, and hearing
- Physically capable of lifting 30-50 pounds, performing repetitive tasks, and using manual dexterity for precise assembly
- Able to operate equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes
- Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
Essential Physical Demands:
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs. or more with assistance
- Ability to walk and stand for12 hourshifts
- Ability to handle occasional overtime
- Must be comfortable in confined spaces and wearing a SCBA
- Must be able to initially and annually pass a physical test similar to the CPAT
- Must complete medical baseline assessment and have the ability to complete physically strenuous tasks associated with fire suppression, for extended periods of time

Expected Compensation
- Welder - $27.45 - $30.60/hour
- Welder - $31.63 - $34.97/hour
- Welder - $34.73 - $40.36/hour
+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
