Summary of Position

Manage travel technology consulting and partner channel development-combining solution design, commercial enablement, and channel execution to drive revenue, strengthen partnerships, and enhance the customer experience across North America. Serves as part of the presentation team, collaborating with Sales Leaders and regional resources to articulate technology offerings, deliver demonstrations, and participate in best-and-final presentations.

Responsibilities and Duties

    Lead pre-sales solution design and technical engagements for enterprise clients
  • Engage to support bids, demos, and client presentations
  • Participate in best-and-final presentations, demonstrating technology when required
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps and improve customer outcomes
  • Document complex business and technical requirements clearly
  • Oversee partner onboarding, enablement, and performance across agency, reseller, and alliance networks
  • Design and execute growth-focused partner/channel strategies
  • Support joint go-to-market programs, co-branded initiatives, and solution integrations
  • Track and report on channel KPIs to guide planning and success
  • Maintain compliance, consistency, and brand alignment across partnerships
  • Connect Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and external stakeholders
  • Promote best practices in solution delivery and partner engagement
  • Represent the organization in client and partner discussions
  • Contribute to enterprise planning and long-term strategic initiatives

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree desired; Master's preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in enterprise technology consulting, pre-sales engineering, or partner/channel management


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Deep knowledge of travel technology and enterprise platforms
  • Proven success in scalable partner/channel growth strategies
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
  • Experience in complex, matrixed environments
