Open Date Sep 22, 2025 Description The School of Music at Carnegie Mellon University invites applications for an adjunct Instructor of Music Theory, starting in the Spring 2026 semester. We seek a colleague to teach special topics and/or upper-level Music Theory courses in their area of expertise. Expected course load is 1-2 courses per semester. Qualifications The successful candidate will possess a master's degree or higher, or equivalent experience, and have experience teaching Music Theory at the university or conservatory level.
