Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our downtown Denver office, you will beresponsible for financial planning and analytics within a team managing nearly $2B in annual revenue. The position will be a key role within the Americas Finance team, partnering with the regional finance teams and Corporate FP&A to achieve strategic objectives and financial results.



In this highly visible role, you'll have responsibility of the build, integration and maintenance of reliable reporting and analytics for the Americas. You'll also support the development standard financial planning practices, across various business segments.



The successful candidate will have analytical experience, be flexible, and be curious by nature. S/he will have accounting and finance knowledge, with the proven ability to communicate effectively with various functions in the company and with various levels. The individual will be an eager, self-starter with the unrelenting desire to learn. S/he will appreciate working in the details and collaborating with business and finance partners.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for accurate and timely reporting for the Americas entities, by assisting in the consolidation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of actuals, budgets, and forecasts for the full set of financials
  • Working with regional, cross-functional teams to report detailed variance analysis and pricing results
  • Development and ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual executive presentation materials
  • Forecast and budget SG&A and headcount plans for US commercial team. Partner with the business and cost center managers to ensure spending is managed, continuously identifying areas of opportunity to support business growth. Manage related monthly close process and reporting.
  • Manage department reporting calendar, confirming deadlines and process are in place to ensure adherence to corporate deadlines
  • Act as department subject matter expert (SME) for financial reporting tools, such as Oracle, BI, and Hyperion
  • Ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by finance and business teams

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None
  • Acts as a resource for other team members; may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting is required
  • 5+ years' experience in finance or accounting role(s)
  • Excited to work in the office with great teammates
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Pay & Benefits



  • Full-Time
  • Salary Range: $95,000 - $103,000
  • Not bonus eligible
  • Relocation is not provided
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits beginonthe first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
  • Tuition Reimbursement
