| Job Summary: Supporting BDO Digital's double-digit growth objectives, the Salesforce Architect serves as a key member of the Salesforce team, providing administration and support services to clients. This position is responsible for acting as a system administrator and configurator for client Salesforce environments. Responsibilities include sales support, scoping, delivery oversight, discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration, and implementation management for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and various industry-specific clouds. The role also supports integrated business applications and serves as a primary resource for clients across sales, service, marketing, artificial intelligence, and reporting functions. Job Duties: Solution Architecture, Technical Design and Implementation: 
 
 
 Architects enterprise-level business solutions and leading team members in design, development, dev ops and quality assurance on Salesforce projectsDesigns and delivers large cross-cloud Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Industry Clouds (Data Cloud & Einstein experience is a plus)Manages the technical delivery of Salesforce data model design, declarative configuration, custom development, security design, dev ops, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementationDevelops & enforces technical direction, standards and templates including architectural design blueprints, development best practices, dev ops and documentation standardsCollaborates with other BDO practices and client technical counterparts to provide guidance on enterprise architecture discussionsManages key technical client relationships across delivery programsMentors and coaching team members to grow their technical skills on the Salesforce platformCollaborates with clients and functional teams to understand business requirements and translate to technical designsSupports pre-sales activities and working with prospects to understand business requirements, creating high level designs, driving effort estimations and supporting proposals and client presentationsStays informed of the latest Salesforce product releases leading the practice learning & development strategiesOther duties as required

 Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Education: 
 
 
 High School Diploma or GED, requiredBachelor's degree, preferred
 
 Experience: 
 
 
 Eight (8) or more years of hands-on Salesforce design and development across core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Agentforce (AI), Data and Industry Clouds)Four (4) or more years of experience in each of the following, required:
 
   
 Salesforce configuration and development across declarative configurations, APEX, Visualforce and Lightning Web ComponentsSalesforce data model design and key design trade-offs (i.e., performance, security etc.)Salesforce development standards, best practices, dev ops, testing and release strategiesSalesforce integration patterns, integration to third party systems, data management strategies and data migration processesSalesforce security design and configurations Leading complex multi-cloud Salesforce engagements
 
 License/Certifications:  
 
 
 Certified Salesforce Administrator, preferred Certified Salesforce Application, System or Technical Architect, preferred
 
 Software: 
 
 
 Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint, requiredSalesforce administrator experience, required Azure DevOps or Jira experience, preferred
