Summary The Director Workday Reporting and Data Analytics manages the strategy, development, and support of Workday reporting and data analytics needs across all Workday modules. This role ensures that reporting and data needs align with institutional goals, performance standards, and cross-functional needs. This role ensures consistency, quality, and compliance in reporting practices and leads a team of analysts and developers to deliver actionable insights and business responsive reports. This role makes a significant contribution to decisions concerning the implementation and development of institutional reporting tools, including Workday Reporting and Prism. Primary Responsibilities

Qualifications Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis. Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree Minimum Required Experience: 8+ years of total relevant experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience Why MCW?
