POSITION SUMMARY: You will lead a Human Resources team, handle recruitment, employee development, employee relations, policy interpretation, compensation administration and legal compliance. You will also be responsible for the complete HR service/value chain for the facility and its workforce. This role may also manage people, requiring them to coach, lead and develop their direct reports. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute HR Strategy * Providing expert counsel and guidance to Leadership on all people management and development and perform investigations when required. Employee/Labor Relations Performance Management & Learning * Utilizing the performance, talent, and organizational planning management systems to help drive the achievement of company goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration, and talent development. Compliance Recruitment EDUCATION: * Master's Degree preferred in HR, Business, Organizational Communication, or Industrial Psychology field. QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS: * 10+ years of Human Resources Business Partner Experience CRITICAL EXPERIENCES: * Ability to strategically impact the culture through talent management and coaching, with a focus on risk mitigation, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development. * Abilility to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus REQUISITION ID: 372379 The approximate pay range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
