Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of complex, large-scale projects involving significant financial commitments. This role ensures contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and strong financial performance. The Project Manager serves as a technical consultant, coordinates project activities across teams, and implements initiatives to improve performance and strengthen customer relationships. Job Responsibilities Oversee project execution to ensure contract compliance, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. Serve as a technical consultant to managers, project teams, and stakeholders. Coordinate project activities across departments and external partners. Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Develop, recommend, and implement initiatives to improve performance and customer experience. Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with organizational standards. Job Requirements 3-5+ years of project management experience, ideally in industrial automation, robotic automation, or a manufacturing environment. Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong skills in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects with major financial commitments. Independent thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset. Authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship. Fluency in English required. #ZR
