Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of complex, large-scale projects involving significant financial commitments. This role ensures contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and strong financial performance. The Project Manager serves as a technical consultant, coordinates project activities across teams, and implements initiatives to improve performance and strengthen customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee project execution to ensure contract compliance, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a technical consultant to managers, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project activities across departments and external partners.
  • Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement initiatives to improve performance and customer experience.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with organizational standards.


Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of project management experience, ideally in industrial automation, robotic automation, or a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong skills in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with major financial commitments.
  • Independent thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Fluency in English required.
